Q: When should I order my stationary?
A: It's always best to order with plenty of time in case there was some sort of delay or mistake made. With that said, most printed orders will have an overall turn around time of about 2 weeks. If you're in a major time crunch we can get you printed files as soon as the NEXT DAY. Just contact us and we can discuss your options.
**For printed items- I suggest ordering about a month before you are wanting to SEND OUT or USE your items. You will save yourself so much stress if you plan ahead and order with plenty of time.
**For digital items- Order at least two weeks before you are planning on SENDING OUT or USING your items. If you are using a local print shop make sure to get in touch with them for their timeline.
Q: Can I change the font and colors and if so is there a fee?
A: Font and color changes are included in ALL purchases and there are absolutely no extra charges. Find a color chart here and a font chart here. Make sure to let us know of the changes you are looking for when purchasing.
Q: Do you do custom designs?
A: Yes! We love working with clients to create custom designs, whether its making some changes to an existing design or starting from scratch please don't hesitate to contact us with questions or ideas.
Q: What's the best way to contact you?
A: Emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org is the best way to get ahold of us. Please allow 1 business day for us to get back to you and if you haven't heard from us try contacting us again to make sure we saw your email. If you are ordering stationary through Etsy, there messaging tool is the preferred method.
Q: How long does it take to get a proof/proofs for my order?
A: Proofs for all orders are sent out as soon as possible. Current turn around times are 2-3 business days for proofs. Please allow us adequate time to get you your proof. Note: we do not work on proofs on the weekends, If you place your order on Thursday or Friday, it is likely that you will not receive your proofs until the following Monday.
Q: Can I get a digital proof before placing my order?
A: Because of the custom quality of our work we are not able to give free digital proofs. We do allow digital proofs for major color,design, or font changes for a small deposit that can be applied towards your final order. Please contact us for more information.
Q: How many changes can I make during the proofing process?
A: We want you to be 100% happy with your final items. We will provide unlimited changes and proofs until you approve them. No final files are ever sent or printed without your approval.
Q: What if I approve my proof and then notice a mistake after approval?
A: We are not responsible for any mistakes made after the proofing process. It is absolutely apparent that you double (or even TRIPLE) check your proofs for mistakes. On the occasion that you made a mistake please contact us ASAP. A fee will apply for any digital files that we have to correct and resend, and a reprint fee will apply to all printed materials.
Q: What if my package is lost or stolen?
A: We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact the postal carrier ASAP and file a claim and look to them for guidance.
Q: Can I return my items if I decide I don't want them?
A: We do not accept any returns or exchanges because of the custom nature of our products. If there is a mistake made on our part we will have the items reprinted and sent to you at our cost.
Q: I got my printed items and the colors look a little different than expected. Is that normal?
A: Unfortunately all computer screens and monitors differ. Colors will vary slightly from screen to screen.
